How long is the free trial?
14 days from the first time you open Sonik. No card is taken up front and nothing charges automatically — when the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe.
What do I get with Sonik Pro?
Unlimited access once the trial ends, sharper recommendations (Sonik leans further on what it has learned about your taste), and unlimited posting — free accounts can share 3 clips a day.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel through them: on your iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sonik → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out.
I already paid but Sonik says I haven't.
Open the Sonik Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't come back, email us with the Apple receipt and we'll sort it.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?".
Someone is being abusive. What do I do?
Tap the flag on their post to report it, or open their profile and choose Block. Reported content is hidden automatically once enough people flag it, and repeat offenders are banned.
Why can't I upload a video from my camera roll?
On purpose. Every clip in Sonik is recorded in the app, which is what keeps the feed real instead of filling up with reposts.
I messaged someone and they never replied.
If you aren't friends yet, your first message waits in their requests until they accept it.
Where do song previews come from?
30-second previews are provided by Apple's iTunes service.
How does the recommendation engine work?
Sonik listens to the actual audio of each track rather than going off genre tags, then learns which sounds you like from your swipes. The more you swipe, the better it gets.
